    Smile 9500ci Install

I just finished installing a 9500ci (with shifters) in my wife's Jeep Wrangler over the weekend - This unit is SWEET We went up to the Adirondack Mountains for a test drive and received several Ka alerts on the NYS Thruway and Rt12. We had plenty of time to react even in the mountain areas. No laser hits yet to report, but with the amount of driving we do on the NYS Thruway it is just a matter of time. Wifey is very happy with her new toy - even if it doesn't use batteries She was using an S3 (and SuperCup Mount) which I have already sold on Craigslist for $325.

I bought the ci from a guy I know who needed money for outboard motor repairs. He received the ci as a Birthday gift and did not even get a chance to install it. I made him an offer and we are both "Happy Campers"

The shifters installed smooth as silk and I wouldn't exactly call them crappy, as friends of mine in our Vintage Car Club have used them with no complaints on extensive NYS Thruway travel...

Yup - Shifters installed "smooth as silk". The Wrangler is now a force to be reckoned with

PS - I also sold the SuperCup mount with the S3 and 12 new batteries so I ended up taking about a $60 hit. It was funny because the S3 sold on the first call. It had been on Craigslist less than an hour!
