    Is 33.8 covered?? Seems like the 34.000 +/- 100 wouldn't cover it, would it??

    Now they just need to release a firmware upgrade for the redline to allow Ka band segmentation and RDR off (and possibly a Ka band ramp-up fix )

    At first glance, the Ka segments to not appear to be the same as on the STi-R Plus.

    No, not unless you leave it in Ka wideband mode, where it scans all of Ka band. From the segments they have chosen, it looks like 33.8 is not used in Europe.
