Default Redline falling out of mount.

When I hit a bump such as going over RR tracks, the Redline falls out of the mount. Almost like the detector release button isn't holding the detector securly enough.
(The mount is staying on the windshield just fine).
Any idea how to prevent it?

    Thanks.

Is the mount properly locked in? You have to push the button in while sliding the mount into position, and then it locks into place when you release the button. Check that it is secure before putting the RD on the windshield. If it's out too far it won't engage.
