As a multiple purchase customer of several years, most recently purchasing a s3, i have not been credited my $80 trade in for my s2 which was returned the same day as my new s3 was received. The initial person on phone customer service was outright nasty, as was the online customer service rep .. I then received a call from a woman named shawn from customer service, and while she was very personable on the phone, just kept stating if they don't have a record of receiving it they will not refund. I would never treat a customer in the business i own that way and recommend to others that they look to other companies for their purchases that are much more consumer friendly and savvy .. I was basically called a liar by the first "customer rep" and the online "customer rep".
