So I had sent my 9500ix in for repair on Monday (via UPS ground). It arrived around Wednesday morning (give or take). I was told it would be about a two week turnaround period, plus shipping time. I received an email Friday (yesterday) saying the product was shipped out Wednesday, and is scheduled for an early delivery on Monday (this coming Monday).
With the amount of volume the customer service agent told me they have for repairs, I am wondering if this is an automated system mistake, or if they really managed to fix it in 1 day (it needed many repairs).
Anyone else have any feedback? Or does it amount to "Wait and see"?
