Which Escort/ Passport model was this?

Hey guys, I was hoping one of you can help me with this. Back in the late 90's I used to own a Escort model that looked almost exactly like the 8500 x50. It was black or dark grey plastic with red writing for the model number. I want to say it was a 1600 or 1800, but I'm not even sure if that model number existed. The display was red with the slanted screen and had two buttons on top. It worked so well back then that I was hoping to get another for nostalgic reasons. Unfortunately, I can't remember the model. I was wondering if anyone could place the model number or at least tell me which models were out at the time. Thanks for your help in advance!

I have a 4600, bought around mid to late 90's, two buttons, mute and dim -no highway/city button. Still have/use it on motorcycle but definitely nowhere as good as x50 but the first to look almost like it, same size and design. There was a 6800, and 7500 I believe before 8500.
