While I've owned all 3 units you're looking at, I still own and use the SmartRadar Android version and I LOVE it. It has the best range of all three and has built in bluetooth as well as a year of escort live premium included with it. Also, it has the best laser detection of an escort model built to date. I love mine and the price one can buy a new one now is a steal. Remember, these came out only 2 years ago and the MSRP was $449. I bought mine brand new for $179 shipped. I'm sure you can still find them that cheap new. They are getting harder to find and they will all be gone in the very near future (new ones). You can't go wrong with any of the three you listed though.

SR is a great M4 unit, BUT beware that on Ka IO shots it can be a lil bit doggy as well as K band with TSR on.
