Default Vintage ESCORT Radar Detector...Working fine in NC

    Hey there,

Found an old Escort radar detector in a junk pile few month ago, and decided to solder up a cigarette lighter to it and sure enough IT WORKED!

I travel 1.5 hr to school using I-85, I-40, and the thing is firing off pretty good!

I have the selector flipped to "highway"

    Maybe K band?

Wanted to get on a forum and learn some new things......

    Thanks,

    HAHAHA

Was going along today and heard it fire off ----- patrolmen flying down the opposite side of the road about a minute later...

ESCORTS FROM THE 1908S STILL WORK HERE IN NC
