Thanks for what you were able to contribute, so far, mhardy.

As I've said on RR.net, I just want to get to the bottom of what version was used - definitely, there's not much concern with the XR, as we won't see that piece of hardware, here (thankfully!)....

It's just that I don't want to see any "shadows" following the LaserMask, so that either its detractors - or the opposite - can then take undue advantage of the data reported by the GOL.

Simple as that.

ouch. this whole deal appears to be my fault. mhardy had sent me an email asking where we got the laser mask and I said buyradardetector which is john turner. so that's the reason they came back saying it was an unauthorized dealer... when in fact the laser mask was blind purchased. the other jammers came from BESTradardetectors...

so to remedy the problem, I will no longer answer any emails concerning GoL tests. I will stick to the forum that way I have built in error checking from other members.

my apologizes to mhardy for the headache. but rest assured the product was the latest and greatest laser mask had to offer.

Ok got a interesting question. On the base test GOL did the Custom ProLaser II and both Traffipatrol XR's got base locks at shorter lock distances but when the ci Jammer was used the distance those jammers got speed was improved.
So the ci actually can improve the ability for a gun to get speed? Isn’t it suppose to do the opposite?

To embrace technology is not to blindly except it. we must always question technology but never be afraid to use it.

I'd say it didn't jam the XR at all and the increased readings are just an anamoly more than anythig.

^ Agreed.

I think that as a part of the "Worst Case Scenario," the hardpoint profile of the HHR caused some rather unpredictable results, particularly with jammers which were not "powerful enough" to offer sufficient coverage.
