If you guys never heard of slip effect, you can watch the following videos and they will explain how laser guns work, how leos issue laser tickets and how laser guns make mistakes calculating speed. I hope this helps.

This is also why they don't use video cameras on US lidar guns. They will only use still cameras. This removes the possibility of you getting a fighting chance to win because of the operator error. They also don't have the money to get the video cameras.

Serg thanks for posting those...I think the do an excellent job illustrating, explaining, and proving the errors that very few of us know laser guns are prone to, but everyone needs to see.
Suf I sent them off to ivan who I assume sent them to you. I grabbed the source flvs so they can be played offline if interested.
And if you look, they actually use american laser guns for much of tests, they mention it once.
