I am currious what you said to the judge to win your case?
Last time I won a case like that was because it was determined that my girlfriends dad plays golf with the judge.

Time to mental note of the radar vs lidar concept used in THAT case.
Can you PM me the court and trial date so I can reference that other case for future reference?

I rent LIDAR and radar, even w/ speed signs!
LTI Marksman AND Ultralyte 200LR, Stalker LIDAR, Kustom Pro Laser II, Pro Laser III, Laser Atlanta Advantage (R-style) and 6 Doppler's.

Also, I felt like my chances in beating my ticket was badly deteriorating as this guy kept mentioning how lidar guns are accurate and how they are target specific unlike radar. He mentioned how lidar guns were good so many times that I almost wanted to stand and object or to smack the guy in the back of his head and tell him his making my case harder and harder.. hahaha.
<<<<EDIT: Safe bet in Peabody / Lynnfield MA., it was a LTI variant used out of the Danvers barricks. <<<<< only the MAss Pike (AFAIK) uses LA.

I wish I did a discovery though just to be sure which Lidar gun was used.

Hi Surf Daddy,
I am new to this forum. Can you please make a few suggestions to my case? My case is under the heading: "UNJUSTIFIED SPEEDING TICKET".
Thank you in advance. Suggestions from anyone else are more than welcomed.
I can't believe the cop had the nerve to say he "observed a speeding vehicle"... at 1000ft. coming HEAD-ON!? LOL. Great job.
I can't wait 'till I get MY next ticket!! hehe
Yeah, things only went better from that point on when he made this statement and I showed the judge how it's impossible for him to make such an observation from such a small distance and location given the distance he clocked me from.

Yes, Case #2 was impressive indeed. Astonishing how easy it is to defeat Radar citations!! I will PM you the case date and court date.
And since this is a sticky now, I will scan and post the citation and court documents.

Aggggh… what a nightmare sitting there having to listen to him complimenting how perfect a Lidar gun is.

Thanks for clarifying this! I was really curious to know what they use around here.
With that being said, I just recently bought an escort 9500i and installed the blinder…. Hopefully that will keep me away in the future from trouble whether I’m going over the speed limit or not!! And surely can’t wait for the LI to be released as I’m planning to install it in my vehicle and install the blinder on my 07 R1.
hehehe 8)
Good job.
I hope my case goes as smoothly as yours.
