I am currious what you said to the judge to win your case?

Last time I won a case like that was because it was determined that my girlfriends dad plays golf with the judge.

Thanks for the details on your great win!

Case #2 actually impresses me too!

Time to mental note of the radar vs lidar concept used in THAT case.

Can you PM me the court and trial date so I can reference that other case for future reference?

Hi Surf Daddy,

I am new to this forum. Can you please make a few suggestions to my case? My case is under the heading: "UNJUSTIFIED SPEEDING TICKET".

Thank you in advance. Suggestions from anyone else are more than welcomed.

Yeah, things only went better from that point on when he made this statement and I showed the judge how it's impossible for him to make such an observation from such a small distance and location given the distance he clocked me from.

Yes, Case #2 was impressive indeed. Astonishing how easy it is to defeat Radar citations!! I will PM you the case date and court date.

And since this is a sticky now, I will scan and post the citation and court documents.

Aggggh… what a nightmare sitting there having to listen to him complimenting how perfect a Lidar gun is.

Thanks for clarifying this! I was really curious to know what they use around here.
