Default Helpful Links

Well I had a few hundred good links to sites related to fighting tickets, research on speed limits and the like. Then my computer died, but I still had a few bookmarked. I thought it'd be a good idea to post what I have up here.

If you have any other good links to share post them, and I'll take the link and append it to this post, so as to keep everything well organized.

Enjoy.
