Traveling West on I-80 at MM-125. On the other side of that little hill there is a...LEO tree stand...err..emergency u-turn. He was sitting right there facing East.

Long: They allowed a modified TBD. I sent in a letter that was read on my behalf at yesterday's court date explaining the zilch of tracking history/visual estimation and you can't issue a ticket for 5 over etc. Didn't work. The officer MUST have showed and said something out of his ass and got the judge to believe it.

I don't think its worth a trial de novo, or whatever. In a month, I will be happily in Texas, with no points, and a lesson learned.
As you know you , it was a shame since they simply violated the law, you could win on appeal but as you know not worth your time. I just like how the judge ignore the law even if the officer did show and said something they simple convicted since you were out of state.

I was thinking about it, and he could have 'had it in his notes that he "paced/visually estimated" me', which IS NOT an electronic device and therefore COULD have been used to get me for 5 over. Like I said, I don't know what he said, but I'm sure if he wanted the 5 over ticket, he was going to get it.
