Just remember the only ticket that was written was for the seatbelt, he can claim all sorts of things and you just need to object to his comments. The only thing relevant is the ticket he wrote. Now that Ohio does not have a primary ticket law for seatbelts you ask for a dismissal on that fact alone.
As it was pointed out force the officer to answer yes/no questions.
Also his statement about the seatbelt colors just proves he pulled you over for that reason, not all cars have black seatbelt, mine are tan to match the interior color and if I was wearing a tan shirt you could not see it.
lastly fix that front plate if it is really missing and if he tries to use that, show the judge you have plate and if you really didn't have a plate why didn't the officer write a ticket for that. All this destroys the officer credibility.
