I tried to paste a copy of the ticket but it would not show.
Ticket was issued at Cuyohoga Falls, OH near canton OH.
The Lidar a LTI 20/20
Stated that I was doing 79mph in 55mph which was a lie.

When can I go And find the info on the 1000ft requirement?

Its sounds like you need to contact the GPS manufacturer for the certifying of the instrument. When it was made is YOUR testimony, so you'll have to certify its was during and prior tot he stop. your speed drop to 0 just after being pulled over?

WHAT LIDAR gun was used? Where in OHIO.

I have an older OHIO LTI MArksman, it was mis-aligned when I got it. Not that it helps YOUR case, but it shows some equipment isn't as accurate as they thought it should have been.

You can request a copy from them or search online (Rutgers) for a copy of the Judge Stanton ruling in 1997 & 1998.

PM me and I can find a reference to it (the case #, there were 2)

You should also be able to search the RD.net web site for it.
