i never though radar detector are useful until i bought a 9500ix radar detector for my 4000km trip
between BC and AB and decided to keep it

Did the 9500ix help with any Red Light Cameras, on your journey ?

I've been to Prince George, on my way to Alaska. If memory serves, we stayed in a place with a tropical theme . . . . Esters'?. On the return trip, we took the Cassiar Highway.

Are detectors still discouraged in Northwest Territories ??

9500ix was great specially in edmonton and calgary since they have a lot of red light and speed cameras i would get alerts on a lot of intersection it gets annoying sometimes but effective
it help me slow down & watch my speed at intersection with with speed cameras or redlight cameras dont want to get a lot of tickets

as for esthers inn they r still open in Prince george

as for NWT i would assume they are still discouraged( its still illegal)
as long as you got a sti driver concealed you should be good 2 go

Welcome to the forumn, since your gonna keeo the 9500ix, do spend the time to hardwire it above the RVM. Please dont ever use the coil plug as your main power source.

in alberta i've had x band on highway between edmonton and calgary
but as for PG(Prince George) BC and its surroundings areas they use KA 34.7, 35.5 and K 24.180 and 24.107 so far didn't get any x band which i highly doubt they have
