I'd also get the LI Quad for front and rear laser protection. Then, you are all set. You can later add the V1 to your setup later if you ever what to know where the radar signal is coming from.

whats the difference between the blinder and the laser jammers of the 9500ci

The Blinders are stronger than the ones that come with the 9500ci. The jammers that come with the ci are extremely weak.
