That's what I figured but was hoping with all the technological advances there'd be something out there! There were hardly any cars around me to slow me down so I got nailed by an umarked hiding in PA.

VASCAR still has to communicate on the aviation frequencies so you if you learn their tail numbers you can pick them up on the aviation frequencies. And a bit more actually. Their usually fairly loose with details on the radio.
