cb cable on 2010 toyota highlander

Thanks for letting me get involved in your group.
I'm trying to run a cb ant. cable from the rear, attached to my towing frame) to the drivers cab. After looking under this suv, I'm not sure what would be the best way to go and also what would be the best, safest way to enter the drivers area.
