Welcome and either V1 or the Redline are two very very good RD's.

what state are you from? if your from VA then go Escort Redline or Beltronics STi Driver, other wise go with the V1 or 9500ix, it just depends on the extra features you may want with your detector and what type of driving you do mostly.

Welcome fellow houstonian!.... as for the 360 degree V1 is the only one with arrows so if you want to know if the alert is coming from the back there you go ... im sure there is a thread on here about rear distance range but its really all the same capabilities as in the best is the best for "360"

every RD scans behind you.. at least every good RD lol.. radar bounces off of almost everything including your windshield ... so the higher you mount the less obstructions it has = more range... BTW that little bump on top of the x50 is a lidar receiver.. and yes it works ha
