I'm afraid you'll have to clarify what you're talking about. A lot of iPhone users here (self not included), to they might know. You're better off asking in the proper forum though, such as V1 or Technology, whichever is most appropriate.

If you're talking about the application for locating known speed traps, then that is "Trapster", which is discussed in the "Other Countermeasures" section.
