The weather is getting a bit chilly here in Chile (pun intended).
It's about 45F. Not terribly cold but there's cold mountain air stirring and this make it feel a whole lot colder.
Speed traps in the city are rare (I haven't seen one in all the years I've visited Chile). There are notorious strips of highways that gets gunned and I'm about to install a blinder m27. Runs about $750 installed here in Chile.
Now I'm looking for a radar detector suitable for Chile. Since there aren't any city traps, I guess I don't need gps database, right? It would be nice to remember all the false signals though... Choices, choices. I'm torn between V1 and 9500ix.
Any help would be appreciated.
You may want to PM this guy. He'll be able to help you out a lot more than we can.
