Default Not so proud -newbie- owner of a speeding ticket in New Hampshire.

Greetings all members! I am a newbie to the board and I am eager to get up to speed in the forums.

I have a request though to begin....

As some of you know, we enjoyed a Police Dragnet on drivers this past weekend and I was a recipient of a $200 ticket for 'allegedly' moving at 30 miles over the posted 55 miles per hour.

Can someone please tell me what Brand of RADAR the New Hampshire State Police use in side their cruisers? Has any one ever fought a speeding ticket and had the citation thrown out?

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Cheers!

Welcome lots of wise folks here it is possible but not likely cops use a set procedure to lower the mistake factor

Welcome aboard... now that you've made your introduction post, mosey on over to the "How To Beat Your Ticket" section and post more info there. You may be asked to scan your ticket and post it with any personal info blacked out (black out the officer's info too). Suf Daddy often has good advice on beating tickets.

Also, check out this thread by pra4snw: http://www.radardetector.net/forums/...ad.php?t=51505

He's a good friend of mine who beat a ticket a few months ago.

    Do you own any countermeasures?

    Good luck!

    Welcome to the forum!
Best not to get the ticket, look into counter measures. Lots of good information in the forum.
