Hello from McKinney, TX
Hello there. I was referred to this forum by a buddy of mine. (Not sure of his user name here)
Anyways , My name is William and I'm a compulsive speeder.
I have had my trusty V1 1.7 for 10+ years and has saved me on countless occasions. It has since started getting more sensitive so I've sent it to V1 for a tune-up.
Wouldn't you know I have since been issued a speeding ticket. ^%*&%!
Please check out my thread if you can offer advice on how to handle it.
Thanks. Looking forward to learning a bunch here.

Re: Hello from McKinney, TX
Thanks everyone.
Got a call from VR today. They fixed my broken faceplate and replaced the missing knob. They also tuned it up.
Cost - $0
Not bad for a ten year old RD. I would consider the upgrade for $189 but VR did not recommend it as cost effective at this time.

Welcome to the forum.
Another example of VR's great customer service. Not many companies would fix a 10 year old unit for FREE and recommend that you DON'T get the upgrade that would cost you money.
