These are issues I hope Croatia LI takes care immediately or the product will go to the birds. I hope Cliff has better luck than I.
- Give extra supply to the distributors for problems.
- Re-supply dealers when they send them back immediately... without excuses.
- Develop a way that a dealer can order "REPLACEMENT" merchandise without the painstaking 2 month ordeal of waiting for the mail in Croatia and then refusing it because you can't or won't pay the "bribe money" to get it out of the customs post office. (not my words, Ivan jr.'s)
-Without the IMMEDIATE attention from the LI Team in Croatia.. The product will fail along with the company. I have tried but failed to get them to do the above. Regards ELVIS
