I got my quad in today. (6.22 CPU with 8.0A heads)
I ordered it with the PA switch which has a serial plug with 2 connectors for the switch and another wire with an RJ45 plug.
Anyone know what the phone plug is for?
I'll email Cliff.

its if you're hooking it up to the V1
I believe only the new later 7 gen CPUs have the option of interfacing with the V1
Glad to hear you got em fellow Cadillac friend. LOL
I still havent gotten around to installing mine yet. I am dying to do it though. The fog light I was waiting for took forever to get here because UPS lost it. and I just had a couple things come up.
But come hell or high water I will have it installed this coming week, hell I may even get to it this weekend.
I was going to get the cord that interfaces with the V1 but after thinking about it I think I like the V1's beeps now that I got it down. I dunno if I want the lady LI voice telling me every time the V1 goes off.
By the way I just got the Escort speaker too.
As of right now I have the lockpick switch, LI switch, and the remote audio control knob. I use the ashtray for keys and odds and ends i use but dont want to carry.
So I was talking to my friend at a local car A/V shop and whenever I get the LI installed they are going to build a small fiberglass box that goes right where the drivers right knee would be where the carpet console and bottom of the dash meet. They are going to build it where it faces me, and just screws into the carpet maybe with small bolts and nuts on the back so it stays flush.
Its kinda hard to explain but when I get it done Ill post some pics. I just didnt want to have to have the ash tray open or have to open it to get to the switches and I didnt want to have to drill three holes somewhere. The box is going to be very small and fiberglass so it should blend in good.
Of course I have to get my LI installed first and Im still open to other ideas.
I got started on the remote audio mod last night. Soldering those little connections is a PITA!
What setting do you change in the LI software to get the PA switch to work...I got mine today.
