Default LI and V1 together=no muting of the LI voice prompts

I've sent this into Laser Interceptor and a future improvement request but have not heard anything back. I've got the LI and the V1 integrated and working flawlessly together however immediately after installing them I noticed that if I was receiving a radar alert and the LI would give me a voice alert, I was able to mute the V1's alert but the LI voice prompts kept yelling at me.

I think that if they are integrating these two devices together, they really should and need to add the feature to mute the LI's voice prompts of the V1 when you press the mute button.

I don't know how many of you have these two installed and wanted that feature but I think it's a must.

Please explain what this does when you tie the V1 to the LI, is it just a voice alert from the LI like K-band...KA band...

The LI to V1 Interface cable receives RADAR band data upon detection of RADAR from the V1, conveys that information to the LI and the LI then Alerts to these signals in the form of Voice Alerts for X, K and Ka Band. (X and K band are disabled by default when shipped) The V1 also now received it power from the LI V1 to RS232 Interface cable. The V1 Remote Display is required for this Option.

Simply indicate, at the time you place your order, that you are wishing to interface your V1 with the LI and it will be provided with your order at no charge!

Cliff, I have the L.I. I got from you and my V1 is integrated with my Cheetah mirror by means of the wireless kit Cheetah sells. The L.I. is stand-alone.

    Should I:

    A. Leave everything as is?
    B. Integrate the L.I. with the Cheetah mirror using their kit?
    C. Integrate the V1 with the L.I. using your kit?

I would leave the LI as a stand alone system allowing you to keep the LI LIDAR Gun ID Voice Alerts that would be lost using the Cheetah Mirror.

So Cliff, I know that I just received my LI but have you heard anything about them adding this request? How long would it take them to do an update like this?
