LI did awesome! but then did something strange

Car: 03 Civic Coupe - Gold
So I did a temporary install of my LI Quad and went down to the meet yesterday in Maryland. I didn't want to commit to mounting locations just yet and then have to redo everything (like what happened to me before with the blinders). My first run sucked, I don't even remember the gun but I found out it was due to 3 heads being unlevel (temporary install materials etc... After fixing that I was pretty much JTG/JFG all day long. (a few sub 60ft PTs whatever)

I'm very happy with the jamming results

however on one run they did something weird. Radarrob was shooting me with the LR B from the rear and the LI didn't alert until the very end of the course. Now I'm assuming it was jamming him since he couldn't get a reading the whole time, but if I didn't know he was shooting me I wouldn't have known anything until about 4-5 seconds into being shot.

Has anyone had this happen to them before? We did the run over a few times and could not recreate the problem. I'm not sure if I should worry about it or not. Since I live in VA where jammers are illegal JTK quickly is a necessity.

Sounds like a glitch with the Voice File(s). First time I've heard this ever happening. If it should occur again, let me know and we'll send you a replacement CPU while we look at what might be the issue with yours.

Honestly, I've had more issues with the ZR4 under sustained lidar hits than the LI. I have been taking my PL2 to Autocrosses and hooking it up at the trailer and letting guys play around shooting cars on course. Normally I turn off my CMs while on course but one time I left them on for the heck of it.

People were constantly painting the car and the LI and ZR4 were going nuts all the time. The ZR4 much worse because it has the rear head as well and a lot of the time they were hitting my ass (i only have LI dual right now). At the end of the run, I started playing with the 9500ci with the intent of turning on the shifting or something, and it didn't respond at all. I couldn't even power it down with the power button. I ended up having to cut ignition to the car to get it to shut off.

So, the Escort isn't impervious to the occasional "lock up" ...

Exactly, if one has issues the other likely isn't, so you will be covered and know something's up, and still have some protection. Running 2 LI's would do the same thing.

After running 3 RD's and seeing huge advantages by each with different encounters, i see noting better than having 2 jammers confirm the other if they can play nicely. Anything can act weird sometimes, but to have double coverage is nice.
