Anti-Laser G9 quad vs Li Quad
Anyone have any testing data on a shootout between these 2 units and the outcome?

LI consistently outperforms the ALG9 by the slightest of margins. It's a good unit. Performance wise, it's a pretty even match. The most notable differences are availability (no North American distributor), no local support, and a history of taking a long time to update their systems to changes. And the LI is significantly less expensive and offers superior support.
In Europe, you probably can't go wrong with either of them. But in North America, the LI is the clear choice.

no really, the LI official price is 1100 for a 4 head and the AL-G9 quad is 1340 so not a significant difference when you are talking about these prices.

Agreed. The "significance" is in reference to value, not bottom line. You're basically paying several hundred dollars more for roughly the same performance. But heck, for me personally, price is no real object, so long as I am getting something more for my money!

with no north american distributor I think you'd be hard pressed to get a warrenty claim honored with the ALG9, I could be way off though as that is just speculation
