Cheetah products are convenient and serve a useful purpose. And their Quality Control and Customer Service are excellent. However, except for a very few weird cars, the benefits of he remote system aren't g\\\erally significant. A standard wired install is usually easier than it looks, and eliminates one more thing that can go wrong. Unless you have an unusually difficult to access firewall, or are just useless with your hands, it's generally not any real benefit to you, and alters your alerts from the standard.
