Drove to FLA for the holidays, and got a save on the way down around Forsyth.
I was in medium traffic so i wasn't much more than PSL. LI alerted me, i tapped off cruise, and killed the LI. After a second or two i turned the LI back on. Good deal.
On the drive back however, after Valdosta, i got picked off from the rear, from a PL-4611, 88 in a 70. It was heavy traffic, and of course i was trying to pass a LLL, and it was my fault for not double checking the back side of the on ramp, where the Chief was set up.
I was tight on cash last month so i only had the dual LI up front. ( No LI on rear )
Big thanks to Cat4 for helping me install my LI a few weeks back! I figured i could get by with just the front, but with this being the best holiday of the year for road traffic/revenue, i gambled and lost.
So here's my plan, Dual HP heads for the rear.
It's cyber monday, so i'll send Cliff a e-mail and see what's on hand.
This is the rear of the camaro, i'm planning on installing them above the tag, one on the left, one on the right, right where the tag edge is. The lip that hangs over the tag looks to be able to hold two heads, and not block the tag light.
What do you folks think?
Will two HP heads cover her fat ass?
