Cliff is a Mind Reader as Well as a Great Guy!

Well I got my new company truck (Ford Transit Van) this past week. I've had an extra set of LI's laying around and decided they would have the best chance of defending this beast.

I emailed Cliff to see if I could buy a set of mounting brackets and hardware as I had used all that I had during previous installs. Cliff immediately got a set out in the mail at no charge, thanks Cliff!!

That's just the normal everyday Cliff, now comes the mind reader part. I got all my stuff together and inventoried everything in preperation for the install later this week. I find I am missing the wiring harness as well.

I feel pretty bad about having to email Cliff and tell him what a bonehead I am and that I need a wiring harness as well, but what choice do I really have? His response, "I knew that I sent a complete installation package out to you"!!

Cliff great job at mind reading, cause I didn't even know I needed it.
