Just received LI DUAL, missing brackets?

I just received my new LI DUAL set, when i opened it up however i only received 4 small L-type mounts? The LI website shows it comes with an additional set of mounting brackets. Are these supposed to be purchased separately? i imagine it's going to be difficult to get it level with the small mounts it comes with... just trying to figure out if it is suppose to come without them or if i'm missing something??

On a dual you may only get the 4 small L brackets. if you need the other style Cliff will be happy to send them to you.

the other brackets dont come with Li dual.you have to pay for them there not free
