in the first one the suv in the grass looks to me like an unmarked maybe he was shooting you ???

Nah, no alert from STI-r plus or V1 on 2 of the 3 occasions (the v1 responded at the stop sign), and it happened 2 other times in completely different areas of the city. Good eye though, that was a freeway construction vehicle. And I still have my blinders on the rear of the ride.
