I have mine just above the center license plate area and one vent area in from the head lamps. The LI heads fit absolutely perfect inside the the grille section without any modification at all.

I may however see about moving them up higher where Cliff shows.


BTW, I have the exact same car with same grille!

Diddo - My Audi it's the row directly above the license plate and one slot in from the headlights - both sides. I was worried I was getting to far from the fogs and felt that gave the best coverage.

Yeh directly above the license plate and one slot in from the headlights. Ive found cops aim low in Australia or centre mass. Not sure where your from and how they are instructed to to shoot Laser.

Same on my S4. Going to test it out this weekend.

Thought this might help. It is an S4, but the front ends are close enough. I tested it out this weekend and got JTG against an Ultralyte LRB. The heads are level and square to the front of the car. Easy to do on these cars and requires no drilling, just 3M mounting tape cut to fit and a straightedge. The wire run for the switch is also easy, and I believe your interior layout is relatively similar.
