Default New LI purchase! Need placement ideas.

I'm very excited about my new purchase of the dual Laser Inceptors. I just need ideas on placement. I live in one of those areas where my ass would be in a sling if they were found by a LEO. Where will it be most effective and draw the least attention?

For me I can sacrifice some effectiveness to be more stealthy. I know all about the usual JTK and that sort of thing. I just think now the LEOs are more wise to this technology than they were 5 years ago and I need to be safer than I was with my M20s.

Was thinking of removing the fog lamps and going with a perspex sheet. Would it be too far recessed?

If straight on shots are the norm in your area, then that location will be fine. Just make sure when installing, the heads are leveled and aligned properly. I would not recess the heads too far back. Just as much as necessary to get your plastic in front of them. It would be wise to test the setup after installation to ensure that it'll work correctly.

Thanks Rob but I think they'll be a bit more noticeable there. The bumper in front of the headlights is like a flat shelf. I do agree that would be the effective spot from a protection POV.

BTW this isn't my car. I own the exact same car but year, and color may vary

Any way I could borrow a gun to test with? I live in the Great White North.
