Welcome sound on LI and Laser Interceptor FW and Voice Update Procedures

Just got my dual LI installed yesterday, and right when I power it on, it starts what I assume is the "Welcome" intro but in spanish, then jumps to english and says 2,3, back to spanish, then at the end says "Parking aid activated" in english. Is this normal and how do I change the settings? Do I need to buy a cable to change the settings from my computer?

Wow, I know china made a few fake Apple stores but didn't know they made boot leg copies of LIs. Where did you buy your LIs?

I bought it from radarbusters.com. It's a generation 8. What is it supposed to say on start up?

Alright, so Cliff at LI managed to figure out what was being said. Turns out its not speaking Spanish to me, but instead a woman with a real static voice telling me "Connection to sensors 2, 3 are [pretty bad], parking aid is activated." Now that I know what's being said, I can hear it!! I'll be back to the installer this afternoon to have him install the PA/JAM switch. Thanks Cliff!!
