I've been lurking on this site for quite a few weeks now and after all I've read (thanks guys for a great and informative site!), went ahead and ordered a Pro Park which arrived the other day.
I'm wanting to fit it to an Audi RS4.
From what I've read, the ideal position of the head unit would be near to the front number plate. However, the RS4 has a nice honeycomb design of grill which is slightly too small for the head unit to fit into / through and I don't really want to start cutting the grill if I can avoid doing so.
However, there is an ideal slot (as shown highlighted in yellow on the pic) into which the head unit would fit nicely (it's almost as if it was made for the sensor unit!). It is however about 10 inches from the centre of the plate.
Do you guys think this position would be effective?
If not, do you think the head unit could go behind the grill? The instructions do state that, "the sensor maybe positioned a few centimetres back from the front of the grill".
Many thanks guys.
