Regarding new rules

Okay, can someone who can understand the "if you infringe the infringing patent" thingy of the new rules please advise as to whether I can make the following statement...

"I own a XXXX and have it fitted to my car"

I'm curious as to how..

1. I'm a UK citizen
2. Residing in the UK
3. Owning a device made in the UK
4. Fitted to a UK vehicle
5. Where US patents are unenforceable

can't even post the name of that device?

Does that also mean that any newspaper printing even the name of that product would also be landed in court?

And BTW, the rules clearly state on or after the 20th December so why do I have "one warning" against my name?
