    Default Need Laser Protection

I know laser is probably hardest to detect or get away with... I actuallly got a ticket!

I was wondering what is the best way to protect myself against Laser (equipment, detector position, plate number......)

I really need help.... just bought a V1 but after being lasered (while on the non- X50 8500) and getting a ticket.... I dont feel I am protected at all!

    Tips and tricks needed!

This thread has a lot of good information about maximum radar and laser protection:

If you want the short and sweet version then get Veil, a Laser Shield, and a good laser jammer for at least the front of the vehicle. Depending on the color, size, and shape of the vehicle you will be anywhere from 2-4 laser jamming heads. Rear coverage is optional to some people, but laser does work when you are going away too as I found out the hard way. Other items like a flat black bra and foglight cover will probably help too.

Well the laser sensitivity is good but it will not really save you tickets alone...
    Minimumly you need:
VEIL and a Laser sheild on your front plate but really you need a jammer...I would suggest the Blinder xtreme M20 for a car and m40 for a truck.

Veil and Laser Shield are both proven technology. Nothing is 100% but they can buy you some time. I used to use a Veil-coated license plate cover but I have come to like the Laser Shield much better from an aesthetic point of view. Unless you're right in front of it you can hardly tell there's a cover of any kind. Veil is great on the lights but a bit too dark on the plate for my taste.

The only reason I won't recommend a jammer is because I don't have personal experience with them.

Veil just goes on the headlights. It should be extremely effective on that black car. And yes, the laser shield would go on the license plate if you had one.
