    Default Jammers illegal?????

A local cop told me that Laser Jammers are very illegal in Kentucky and that the cops would take my car if they ever found the jammers on my car

I just double-checked, and I didn't find any statutes or pending legislation for Kentucky that would prohibit laser jammers.

There are many places where LEOs would tell you that jamming their laser guns is interfering their duty, even if there is no specific jammer laws.

The laws that these state have do they specifically state laser or do they use the term "radar"?
Since they are different I would think they would have to specify laser in the law.
Seems like if they did not that would lead to a "grey area".

Yeah, and cops love grey area. It just allows them to interpret the law themselves and we know how that goes.
