Default Help with my ZR3 Head placment

I just got around to installing my sr7 on my new car, 2007 Mazdaspeed3

Anyways I need to figure the best placement, lower grill would be easiest but I think its a tad far from the headlights, I don't know here a picture.

    Excuse the paint skills.

    ^ Nice ride! 8)

    Tough one......

The upper mounts should help better cover the very upper corners of your headlights and should give you better-odds against center-mass - but they do look quite far from your factory fogs/driving lights.

The lower positions would be my choice if I had to contend with a front plate, however.

The picture isn't head-on, so it's kinda hard to judge, but it almost looks equidistant between the mid-point of the headlight housing to either of your two proposed positions, no?

I'd put the front jammers in the lower position. Do you have a rear head? Put that on the rear plate. I've been eyeing Mazda 3's lately because they look perfect for an LPP setup. Make yourself lidar proof by adding an LPP head right next to the Mazda emblem in the grill and a second head in the little dip in the rear bumper next to the latch on the 5th door.

the rear head will not do anything on the rear of your car...What I would personally due since the rear head is ineffective I would mount the two front heads in the upper place and the rear head in the lower section on the under side of the bumper...With that set-up you will be well covered from the front which is where most laser is shot

Yea this is just temporary till I can upgrade to a better system. I've got veil on the way so that should help as well. I guess I'll do the two in the lower grill and figure something with the 3rd rear one. My rear plate is frickin low so I doubt its effectiveness anyways.

I won't be running a front plate anytime soon unless I get majorly hassled by the troopers. I just keep saying the dealer forgot to give me the bracket

Suggestio for your SR7 would be mount the radar antenna High in side the car.It will give you much better radar reception Again though mount all 3 heads up front the rear head won't jam a thing on your car and just give you a warning you are being shot from the rear all 3 heads up front would be a great set-up until you get more money

Here's what I'm thinking, assuming you spring for a dual head LPP. I wouldn't trust myself to an Escort jammer anymore.

LPP is green, Escort jammers in blue

I am telling you it is best to put all the jammer heads up front is you go with the Zr3 the rear head will do nothing on your flat rear end...Will amm three heads up front you will have almost JTG performance
