Default LPP Issues with LTI Ultralight in MN

Ok so since I have wayy to much free time on my hand, I figured I'd post this. So after everyones rave reviews on the LPP, I have pretty much decided Ill go for that one when I can get a 4 head set up. (Currently out of stock from their site). Now after some snooping around, I found this post http://www.radardetector.net/viewtopic.php?t=5788. I primarily drive in MN and NY and both use the LTI ultralight. Now using the GOL recent LJ test, the LPP had serious issues when the LTI ultralight was using its 100pps (parts per second?) or more stealth mode. However when the Laser ATL gun was in stealth mode at 68pps it JTG or almost JTG. Does anyone know where/when the shoot at 100pps vs 125pps? This is kind of the only drawback I am seeing for the LPP at this point and making me consider the AL G8. For those who care, the Cheetah wireless kit with stealthnode remote are locks for whatever system I get.

The Jury is out on where the 100pps are, They've been sighted in South Africa, Australia, Canada & Eastern Europe,

LPP have sorted this issue with the 100pps Ultralyte & my control box has been sent back to them for this upgrade as we speak & they've been very helpful.

As far as i hear the LPP is 20% more efficient @ jamming the 100pps UL as opposed to the 125pps UL

ALL new LPP will work fine with 100pps UL, so no need to worry.

The 100pps isnt in the USA. Its used in Canada Australia and Europe. Where speed are usually in the KMPH range.

They nailed the fix with that gun. It does very well against it with the new software... you may want to take a look at the following videos testing out the 100pps fix ITs JTG on that gun now

The other brothers here have the main items of-interest in your post well-covered, so I'll just tidy-up the details a little.

The 100 PPS UltraLyte is not a "mode" - rather, it is a specific hardware/variant version of the UltraLyte. Reference back to this page:

I also live in MN is anything else needed besides the LPP to get the job done, any separate attachments or anything. I currently have the V995 and veiled headlights. I am knew to this whole LPP thing. Here in MN a JTG code is a bad thing since laser jammers are illegal here. Seems like LPP is least likely to cause this. Hence my interest.

Wouldnt be bad to initially jam then shut off and allow officer to get a reading. Not sure how many guys will pull you over just on suspicion of using a jammer. Is that legal on its own? If you jam for a few seconds and slow down to the limit, it should be fine.

Most of the current jammers(AL/LPP, LI, blinder, ZR3) will not trigger a jam code on any LTI gun.

About the LPP v. Ultralyte, I've tested several LPP setups and never had an E-07 come up on my ultralyte. I've never had an issue or even a dirty look using a jammer(they're illegal here). Then again, I don't jtg either. I quickly and discretely slow to PSL, let the leo get his reading and continue on my merry way with a big grin on my face.

    So Do I.

This is the way to go.

Its stupid to try to jam the officers gun where jammers are illegal.

Be smart...slow down and shut it off.

Jammers are illegal where I am and I have never had an so much as a second look.

    (knock on wood)
