    Default Suggested Jammer Feature

Guys I was thinking  . Would it be possible to interface the jammer to kill the rear brake lights when your jammer was targeted. But, for night if your lights where on, the taillights would stay illuminated but not the brake lights. This would be a benefit when the car is being targeted from behind and you need to slow the car down without gaining the extra attention from the rear brake lights.

A little bit of electrical engineering... Hint: use radio mute wire + transistor as a switch

Liability vs Coolness factor??? I'm thinking that there going the liability route. As in--not getting sued by someone who stomps the brakes, gets rear-ended by a semi, then sues the jammer company saying it's all their fault. Plus we fordamnsure don't want our beloved jammers getting any bad press whatsoever.

I spoke to a guy who had a three second delay on the switch in his Merc.
After 3 seconds, the tail lights would work as normal once again

Shure. As soon as you switch it off, no more radio mute active and you get norma brake lights, on/of regulated by the brake pedal...

This is very cool. Wish someone would draw up a schematic for how to do it.

What if you get rear ended? Disabled break lights? Huh?

I can almost hear the crash from way over here...

Forum member fulcrum also has this mod (brake-light delay) on his vehicle.
