Default Where to mount LI jammers on audi

Not sure where to place LI heads, have two possible locations in the pic eaither red or blue, my concern with both is that the grill is attached to the hood so when it is closed they will be taking some abuse (u kinda gotta slam the thing) any suggestions on where to mount? also which way should the bubbles be facing in or out? up or down if i go with the vertical mount.

    Thanks,

No front plate, correct? I'd go with the blue. Horizonal.. bubble out.

Either location would be fine. As long as the receiving and sending diode is not blocked, you will probably JTG any Lidar device out there. The LI has superior detection capabilities. You can aslo opt to "TAKE THE HIT!!!"
That is cut the bumper and mount them in the hole. It sounds scary but check the other thread with the M5 out. I'll have some pictures of a Cherokee owners install where he elected to "Take the Hit" and mount the SR7 in the grill.

I would go for the blue spot, easier to install and fix the heads and also a great place near the hedlights

    I'd go with blue.

dorsce - Although brother McArcane is definitely running a risk, it's not too bad, since his vehicle, at least in our local area, doesn't usually fit into a targeted enforcement profile.

As long as he's not doing anything outrageous, he shouldn't be bothered except by an LEO who is looking for an obvious excuse to pull him over.
