Well what can i say. I had an issue with one of my heads intermittently failing. It got pretty bad so i emailed Andy at KMPH. And after sending back the faulty head he said he would sent out a new system to me. I got the system a week after I initially sent the faulty head back. Their Customer Service was second to none and am very pleased with how i was dealt with. He included his Business card and wrote on the back any problems to contact him.
The newer heads seem to have a better crimp than the originals and a thicker cable.
In summary ..A big thumbs up to Andy and the crew and KMPH.
