After reading the site and the GOL test results, I've been planning to wait for some results on the Escort ZR4 and if it didn't perform as hoped, purchasing a dual head LI or LPP. However, this proposition entails waiting and spending $500-700 :? .
The Escort ZR3 is selling for $350 but didn't do so hot on the GOL tests. However, members here (like ericonphoenix) and on other forums seem pretty satisfied with the saves their ZR3 has given.
I have a 2008 Infiniti G37 in dark blue so it it has a reasonably low LIDAR profile but it does have a plate on the front and big headlights. I do most of my driving in MA. Even though it did poorly in the tests, is the ZR3 good enough in the real world? Time taken out to fight a ticket would cost much more than a DH LI or LPP so cost isn't the biggest consideration, but it is somewhat in the mix.
