Default So...How many heads are you getting for PASS?

From the latest test, CT, it appears that 3 heads are needed up front to jam LA and other 238pp guns. 2 heads seem to efficiently jam all other guns (if properly installed and leveled).

The problem is that the control box can only accept 4 heads.

So...how many heads are you getting or would you get?

Four and put 2 up front 2 in the back. 4 and put 3 up front and 1 in the back. 5 using 2 control boxes, with 3 up front and 2 in the back, or 6 with 3 front and 3 back.

Please understand that at the next testing event, I will be aiming a little more seriously. Most of those PT's occurred center mass. The one long range shot was at a headlight. I hope PASS can protect the roof line because I intend to put that system to work. :P

Like you didn't target some pretty nasty places :P Have you been studying the Altima and it's possible hard points? :P :P

Next time if a nat flies between the gun and the jammer it's going to cook!

I'll just mount a fourth head on the roof :P :P

We're all out to get Mthman30!!!! Better watch your back Yao!!! LMAO!

Dougie, those results just mean that the setup needs work. They may not reflect the true performance of the jammer. I really don't see why 3 heads on the front of a family sedan is necessary.

I am in the middle of installing my pass.. I put 2 horizontal heads in the grill about 5 inches from the headlights and one vertical in the center of bumper where the front tag bracket should be.. I have a Ford Escape and was told this would give best results! I'll test it this weekend as C55 has invited me to Orlando to test it.

I dunno why, but I keep seeing 3 heads recommended, in the 2 horizontal 1 vertical formation. I really hope 2 heads are enough for a sedan, it would make my life easier.

I was told 3 heads was the best set up because the 2 heads horizontal give give good front end covereage horizontally and the vertical head is more for the La gun because it has a taller beam thus the vertical head helps a little better for that gun because it gives a tall beam for higher shots
