    Default Lowering Reflectivity

I understand that a car may be easier to get a LIDAR reading on the more reflective it is, hence why LEO's aim for headlights or license plates. It seems that the VEIL product lowers reflectivity in these areas to be more difficult to pick up, my question however involves paint. Most cars (especially newer ones) are very glossy and reflective, but lately I have noticed a few cars around here with a low gloss/shine matte black paint scheme. I've been lurking and reading these forums for about 3 months now, but seeing these cars made me wonder, would this paint with lower reflectivity improve your chances of beating LIDAR if aimed at?

How much difference would it make?
