I got a golf cart down here at the lake house and my 11 yo daughter likes to drive it around the neighborhood so I ride passenger, smoke a cigar and sip a cocktail while she chauffeurs me around. At the seafood restaurant down by the marina I asked Penny to run over by this silver SL to see if it was a AMG. It wasn't but the red Cayman S next to it had what appeared to be a ZR3 laser jammer installed in it. BUT the driver side jammer head had been hit and pushed back into the fender louvres. So I penned him a short note that went like this:

Thought you should know you're driver side jammer head is knocked out of place. They don't work well like that. I had a similar setup on my Corvette.

No, it's a dealer installed option. On the "Cedes" side, one of my friends had an SR7 installed on her S55 by the dealer. The markup is brutal.
